Vertical CNC Machining Services
We offer basic vertical CNC machining services on our state-of-the-art Kinetic K5000 “combination” machine. This unique machine performs oxy fuel burning, plasma burning, CNC beveling (360° contour), and a variety of vertical machining processes all on one workstation, which allows us to produce high quality parts very efficiently. Vertical machining processes include drilling, tapping, boring, countersinking, slotting, and face milling. We invest in this equipment so you don’t have to and we would love to show you how it works with an in-person visit to our facility.
We also have a Voortman V807 Robotic Plasma Profiler that can do holes, slots, copes, rat holes, block outs, weld prep, seismic connections, layout marking & more
We also understand your steel plate parts may require steel CNC machining services beyond what we provide internally, such as CNC milling, turning, gun drilling, threading, and more. We can work with several trusted machine shops to help you achieve your project goals.
