Our products and services are used in shell and tube heat exchangers of all shapes and sizes. Heat exchangers are pressure vessels that utilize tubes to transfer heat from one fluid to another.

Our experienced sales staff sells tube sheet ODs, saddle support material, skids, shells, baffle plate and more to heat exchanger fabricators nationwide.

We roll up to 6” thick cold and 10” thick hot, and we have some of the largest press brakes in North America for cone forming and heavy wall, tight diameter cylinders. We also offer full ASME welding and NDE services.

Plate Rolling

As a custom steel plate rolling company, our 12 rolls allow us to process cold and hot rolled plates from 1/4" to 10” thick, light and heavy plate steel from 18” diameter to 22’ diameter, up to 12’ long. Common shapes are full cylinders, large diameter steel cylinders, cylindrical segments, and repads. Plate grades include military and more.

North America’s top plate forming, bending, and press braking facility. Our six machines range from 400 ton - 3000 ton capacities with bed lengths of 27’-6”, forming cold and hot steel plate to tolerances up to 10” thick.
