In addition to supporting our military and veterans with community service efforts through our Justice League, we proudly offer a full range of products and services to military-related projects. Our motto is “We help people build cool stuff” and this is certainly true for our military.
We use a network of metal suppliers to source HY-80 (Minimum Yield 80 KSI) and HY-100 (Minimum Yield 100 KSI) material. We can also source plate per Mil-A 46100, Mil-A 12560, and Mil-A 46177. We specialize in value-added requirements, including pattern burning, press forming, and plate rolling. And it’s all done pursuant to our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.

Steel Processing Services Offered
We use a network of suppliers to source HY-80 (Minimum Yield 80 KSI) and HY-100 (Minimum Yield 100 KSI) material.
From start to finish, inventory is nested in house per customer drawings. We burn and bevel custom parts with 100% traceability through our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Our 10 machines burn up to 2” plasma and 10” oxy and add value through 360deg beveling, drilling, tapping, machining, coating, barcoding, and more.
As a custom steel plate rolling company, our 12 rolls allow us to process cold and hot rolled plates from 1/4" to 10” thick, light and heavy plate steel from 18” diameter to 22’ diameter, up to 12’ long. Common shapes are full cylinders, large diameter steel cylinders, cylindrical segments, and repads. Plate grades include military and more.
North America’s top plate forming, bending, and press braking facility. Our six machines range from 400 ton - 3000 ton capacities with bed lengths of 27’-6”, forming cold and hot steel plate to tolerances up to 10” thick. Common shapes are cylinders, custom pipe, concentric and eccentric cones, crimp plate, and more.
