Contest and Promotion Rules for NORTH SHORE STEEL 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

 

HOW TO ENTER 

Participants may enter the Promotion in the following ways: 

• Online Entry: Every order placed on our website at swift.nssco.com during the Promotion Period qualifies you for one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person, regardless of the number of orders placed.
• Offline: Download the entry form at https://www.nssco.com, print, complete, and mail in a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: North Shore Steel, 13935 INDUSTRIAL ROAD, Houston, Texas 77015, Attn: Promotions. Limit one (1) entry per envelope.

Unless otherwise specified by North Shore Steel (the “Company”), these rules govern contests and promotions administered by the Company. 

 

PROMOTION PERIOD 

The Promotion will run from November 24th, 2025, 0:00 AM CST through December 31st, 2025, 11:59 PM CST (“Promotion Period”). 
The Company may modify dates or terms at its discretion. Any material changes will be posted at www.nssco.com. 

 

ELIGIBILITY 

This Promotion is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited. 

The following individuals are not eligible: 
Employees of the Company, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members. 

Limit one (1) entry per person.  

Entrants must provide truthful, accurate information. The Company may disqualify any entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these rules. Entries knowingly received from persons under age 13 will be deleted per COPPA regulations. 

 

PRIZES 

The Promotion prize(s) consist of: 

• One (1) Turtlebox Gen 2 Speaker, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $399.

No cash equivalent or substitution is allowed except at the Company’s discretion. The Company may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. 

Prizes do not include taxes, fees, or additional expenses unless otherwise stated. 

 

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing on January 16th, 2026, or as otherwise announced. 

Company will notify the potential winner via [Email/Phone/SMS/Social Media/etc.]. 
Potential winners must respond within 14 days. Non-response may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. 

If prize notifications are undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited. 

 

CLAIMING A PRIZE

• Shipped to the winner’s provided address.

Winners must present valid government-issued identification and verify their name, address, date of birth, and phone number. 

Prizes not claimed within 15 days will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law. 

 

PUBLICITY & MARKETING CONSENT 

By entering, participants grant the Company the right (where permitted by law) to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation. 
 

Participants may opt in to receive marketing communications at their discretion. 
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claim or liability arising from their participation, inability to participate, or acceptance/use of any prize. 

Company is not responsible for: 
(i) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, damaged, or illegible entries 
(ii) technical issues, phone/network failures, service outages, or delays 
(iii) unauthorized human or automated intervention 
(iv) any injury or damage related to participation or the prize. 

 

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL 

The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other causes compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. 

If the prize becomes unavailable, the Company may substitute one of comparable value. 

 

DISQUALIFICATION 

The Company may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates the rules, or engages in fraudulent behavior. 

Fraudulent activity may disqualify the entrant from all future Company promotions.

To request a copy of these Official Rules or a Winner List (available after the Promotion concludes), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 60 days of the Promotion’s end to:
