Why Did We Build SWIFT?
Why Do We Call It "The Linda Experience"?
Our goal building SWIFT™ was to create "The Linda Experience" in the cloud. With 28 years of service as Inside Sales at North Shore Steel, Linda Novak had a Hall of Fame steel industry career. Her technical knowledge and sales expertise were exceeded only by her responsive and professional customer service.
Linda retired in 2020, but her legacy remains. Linda set the standard for hard work, loyalty, and dedicated customer service. For Linda, the customer experience was always her top priority, as she often reminded her teammates, "Always under customer impact."
